Job summary

Tata Electronics Limited is seeking an OPC Engineer to develop, implement, and optimize Optical Proximity Correction solutions ensuring lithographic printability and adherence to advanced process node requirements. You will collaborate with Design, Process Integration, Lithography, Mask Engineering, and Foundry teams to meet yield and pattern fidelity goals.

Qualifications

Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Technology, Physics, or related disciplines.
2–10 years of relevant experience in OPC, lithography, or semiconductor manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of optical lithography and mask data preparation.

Responsibilities

Perform MBOPC and RBOPC for advanced technology nodes.
Generate and validate OPC recipes for critical layers.
Conduct lithography simulations and analyze pattern fidelity across process windows.
Execute Process Window Qualification (PWQ) and hotspot analysis.
Collaborate with Process and Foundry teams on lithography challenges.
Analyze mask manufacturability issues and recommend improvements.
Debug and resolve mask-related yield issues.
Document methodologies and technical reports.
