Virtual Colleague is seeking two Virtual Assistants to support LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, and social-media engagement for CourageOUS Curriculum. You will work with Shannon's networks, manage responses, and help nurture conversations into qualified opportunities.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in LinkedIn outreach and lead generation.
- Strong understanding of professional LinkedIn communication.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is strongly preferred.
- Strong Facebook and Instagram skills and DMs management.
- Professional and personable communication style.
- Ability to identify decision-makers and contacts at target orgs.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Responsibilities
- Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns using established processes.
- Identify and engage decision-makers in target organizations.
- Manage and nurture leads through conversations to qualify opportunities.
- Monitor and respond to messages on Facebook and Instagram.
- Coordinate with Shannon and the client for handoffs and updates.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and outcomes.
