Job summary

IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services and healthcare intelligence. We are seeking a coordinator to manage linguistic validation and eCOA projects from start to finish, coordinating translation, localization, and vendor collaboration to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in linguistics, translation, localization, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in linguistics, translation, localization, or related field.
• Experience with linguistic validation and eCOA in clinical/pharma projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple translation and localization projects from receipt to completion.
• Predict delivery of project phases to meet deadlines.
• Assess client expectations or specifications with Senior Project Managers.
• Select vendors and negotiate deadlines.
• Establish relationships with contract linguists and proof-readers across locations.
• Monitor and control project status and progress.
• Budget and finance management to keep within budget.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation.
• Comply with IQVIA procedures.
• Perform quality checks at various stages to ensure effectiveness.
