Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple client programs, defining service delivery expectations and driving program performance. You will collaborate with internal teams to implement improvements and ensure timely delivery of solutions across Opus Health programs.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, with strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management. A hybrid setup and US shift are anticipated to align with client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.

• Advanced knowledge of the job area and broad knowledge of related areas.

Responsibilities

• Define and set expectations of service delivery of all Opus Health programs and ensure client needs are met.
• Collaborate with the internal account team to provide insight into program performance.
• Identify and introduce program improvement opportunities to match client goals.
• Work closely with internal cross-functional teams to ensure successful and timely program implementation.
• Utilize reporting tools to create and review reports and monitor program performance and trends.
• Manage projects from inception through end of life cycle, optimizing timelines, financials and client expectations.
