Job summary

Vienovo Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Operator to maintain and monitor production machines, perform routine checks, and collaborate with the team to ensure consistent, high-quality output.

The role requires working with minimal supervision and adaptability for changeovers, with a focus on safety and efficiency. The ideal candidate has mechanical training, hands-on experience operating manufacturing equipment, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining safety

Qualifications

• Graduate of any mechanical-related course.
• Minimum one year of experience operating machines in manufacturing operations.
• At least two years experience in relevant industry.
• Preferably with experience in Feed mill.
• Proficiency with hand tools.
• Willing to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Can work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor the machine to ensure it functions properly.
• Perform periodic checks on equipment and solve problems detected.
• Collaborate with team to keep equipment in good working order.
• Analyze machine operations and output where applicable.
• Adjust machine for changeovers, different functions, or varying production needs.
• Monitor machines during operation to ensure quality production with minimal unplanned stops.
• Communicate with team members and support teams to maintain continuous production of correct product at high quality with minimal waste.
• Observe and follow production safety rules and regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
