Responsibilities

• Food Preparation & Cooking: Prepare, cook, and present menu items according to standardized recipes, portion sizes, and company quality standards.
• Kitchen Operations & Station Management: Prepare and organize assigned workstations before, during, and after service.
• Inventory & Equipment Maintenance: Receive, inspect, and store kitchen deliveries; monitor stock and rotate using FIFO; maintain equipment.
• Food Safety, Sanitation & Quality Control: Maintain highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation.
• Teamwork & Operational Support: Work closely with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Company Compliance: Follow policies, SOPs, safety regulations, and maintain professionalism.
