Responsibilities

• Execute with excellence: prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Master the stations: manage various stations during busy breakfast, lunch, or dinner shifts.
• Maintain the standard: adhere to food safety, sanitation, and labeling protocols (HACCP).
• Collaborate: work closely with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef to refine dishes and minimize waste.
• Stay sharp: keep workspace pristine and mise en place organized for seamless service.
