• Food Preparation: prepare and cook dishes per menu and recipe standards.
• Station Management: manage and organize your designated station during shift.
• Quality Control: ensure freshness and quality of ingredients and final dishes.
• Food Safety: follow sanitation regulations, proper handling, storage, and cleanliness.
• Menu Contribution: provide input on menu planning and recipe development.
• Equipment Maintenance: operate and clean equipment and perform basic maintenance.
