Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Line Cook or similar kitchen role.
• Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
• Familiarity with proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized recipes.
• Dependable, disciplined, and able to work as part of a team.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Willing to be assigned in Fairview, Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, portioning standards, and food quality guidelines.
• Ensure proper preparation, handling, storage, and labeling of ingredients.
• Maintain consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.
• Keep the assigned kitchen station clean, organized, and properly stocked.
• Strictly observe food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and timely food preparation.
• Assist in monitoring kitchen supplies and inventory as required.
• Perform other kitchen-related duties assigned by the Kitchen Supervisor or Management.
