Responsibilities

• Station Mastery & Prep: execute daily prep lists and ensure station is stocked.
• High-Volume Execution: coordinate with kitchen staff to serve timely, hot plates.
• Safety & Sanitation: maintain HACCP-compliant, clean workstation; report maintenance needs.
• Teamwork & Communication: clear calls with Sous Chef and FOH for smooth service.
