Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a design-focused lighting professional to create concepts for facades, interiors, and outdoor spaces in the Philippines. You will develop layouts, renderings, and technical specs that meet project requirements and safety standards.

The role involves selecting fixtures and controls, coordinating with architects and engineers, and ensuring cost-effective, aesthetically strong lighting solutions. You will assist with on-site installation and commissioning when needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD or SketchUp and related tools.
• Strong sense of aesthetics and visual presentation.
• Experience in lighting or facade design is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative lighting concepts and designs for facades, interiors, and outdoor spaces.
• Prepare lighting layouts, renderings, calculations, and technical specifications.
• Recommend suitable lighting fixtures, controls, and system configurations based on project requirements.
• Ensure lighting designs comply with architectural intent, electrical standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with architects, project engineers, and the sales team regarding project requirements and design adjustments.
• Provide cost-efficient and practical lighting solutions without compromising aesthetics and functionality.
• Assist during installation, testing, and commissioning to ensure proper implementation of the lighting design.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
