Responsibilities

• Follow up inquiries and assist customers.
• Visit project sites when needed (with guidance).
• Prepare simple quotations and proposals (templates provided).
• Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and technical team.
• Provide basic after-sales support to keep clients happy.
