Job summary

FPS Innovation Labs is seeking a Lifestyle Assistant Specialist in Davao, Philippines. You will support members with personal tasks, coordinating with the copilot and operations team to complete assignments for the benefit of members.

The role requires strong English skills, high organization, and the ability to manage a shifting schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. You will interact with vendors to gather information and arrange gifts or services for members.

Responsibilities

• Serve members by handling a broad range of personal tasks with the operations team.
• Organize information on Google Sheets for member display.
• Call doctor offices, customer service reps, hotels, salons to gather availability and pricing.

Duties And Responsibilities

We are looking for members that can serve our members; you will be an integral part of our mission. You will be serving a broad range of personal tasks and working closely with the copilot and operations team to accomplish tasks on behalf of our members.

Tasks can span from organize information on a Google Sheet that we display to members; calling doctor offices, customer service reps, hotels, salons, etc. to gather information regarding to availability and pricing; creating and sending google calendar invites; finding gifts from our vendor approved sites and organizing the information to present to members. For now, the agent will not be communicating directly with our members; but will be communicating with other vendors and businesses for information collection.

• Must be willing to go through pre-employment background and drug screening.
• Must be willing to work in a shifting schedule - availability for evening, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Technical Skills & ISP Requirements

• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
• Superior web navigation and computer skills.
• Experience in using G- Suite, Zendesk will serve as an advantage.

Experience, Education, Age

• Candidates should possess at least 2 years of Call Center experience, with a preference for those who have experience in other verticals such as customer service, personal or professional assistant services, or event planning is an advantage.
• Experience in resolving and handling complex concerns from customers is an advantage.
• Omni-channel call center experience is a valuable asset.
• A strong interest in high-end lifestyle, along with enthusiasm for posh living and fashion, is an added advantage.
• Educational qualifications include at least 2 years in college in any course, or being a Senior High School graduate or equivalent.
• Candidates must be of legal employment age, at least 18 years old.
