Job summary

Enclave BioActives is a rapidly growing health and wellness company seeking an Email Marketing Specialist who can execute email and SMS campaigns with a strong focus on analytics and optimization.

You will build and launch campaigns, perform QA, monitor performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on email and SMS marketing for ecommerce/DTC brands.
• Ability to build and launch campaigns independently and monitor performance.
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign KPIs.

Enclave BioActives is a rapidly growing health and wellness company with a portfolio of leading direct-to-consumer brands and products across digestive health, joint health, women’s wellness, healthy aging, weight management, and other categories.

As we continue to expand our portfolio, we are looking for licensed medical doctors who are comfortable in front of the camera and interested in becoming trusted medical spokespeople for our brands.

We’re looking for an Email Marketing Specialist who combines strong hands‑on execution with an analytical, optimization‑focused mindset.

This is not a “set it and forget it” email marketing role. You’ll be responsible for building and launching email and SMS campaigns, ensuring every send meets our quality standards, monitoring performance, and identifying opportunities to continuously improve results.

What You’ll Do

• Email & SMS Campaign Execution
• Build, configure, test, and launch email and SMS campaigns using Simon Data and Attentive.
• Manage campaign setup, including audience selection, segmentation, scheduling, links, tracking parameters, creative assets, and other campaign requirements.
• Coordinate campaign launches and ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Support short‑term and ad hoc email and SMS initiatives across different teams and business needs.
• Quality Assurance
• Perform thorough QA before every campaign launch to ensure content, links, formatting, targeting, tracking, and scheduling are accurate.
• Review campaigns across devices and formats to identify potential customer experience or presentation issues.
• Catch inconsistencies and errors before they reach customers.
• Maintain a consistently high standard of quality across email and SMS communications.
• Performance Analysis & Optimization
• Monitor and analyze email and SMS performance using relevant engagement, conversion, and revenue metrics.
• Identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Use campaign data to recommend changes to targeting, messaging, creative, timing, segmentation, and other campaign elements.
• Support and execute A/B tests and other experiments designed to improve campaign performance.
• Translate campaign results into clear, actionable insights for the broader team.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration
• Partner with Creative, Marketing, Analytics, Operations, and other teams to execute email and SMS initiatives.
• Communicate campaign requirements, timelines, results, and potential issues clearly.
• Manage multiple requests and priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in email & SMS marketing with eCom & DTC brands
• Experience independently building and launching email campaigns
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with campaign performance data.
• Experience tracking and interpreting metrics such as click‑through rate, conversion rate, revenue, unsubscribe rate, and other email/SMS KPIs.
• Experience with campaign testing and optimization, including A/B testing.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong approach to campaign QA.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• A strong eye for design and an understanding of what makes marketing communications polished, clear, and engaging.
• Working knowledge of SQL, from basic querying to more advanced analysis, is a nice‑to‑have
