Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering, sustaining engineering, program management, operations, or related technical environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects or programs within hardware-based product organizations.
• Engineering background with ability to understand technical challenges and facilitate problem-solving.
• Strong communication and influence skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to drive execution and deliver outcomes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Continuous improvement mindset with ability to identify inefficiencies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead sustaining engineering programs from initiation through execution.
• Drive engineering change management with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Regulatory Affairs, and Suppliers.
• Manage SCR intake, assessment, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and implementation.
• Support compliance-related projects and regulatory requirements to ensure ongoing product availability and shipment readiness.
• Facilitate cross-functional problem-solving and risk mitigation efforts.
• Develop program plans, milestones, metrics, and dashboards.
• Evaluate installed-base support decisions aligned with long-term product strategies.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across sustaining engineering activities.
• Provide clear communication and executive-level updates regarding risks, issues, tradeoffs, and recommendations.
• Build strong partnerships across functional teams to drive execution excellence.
