Job summary

Manulife Financial is seeking a Financial Sales Associate to provide life insurance and wealth management solutions to China Bank's clients. You will work closely with branch sales and service teams to offer innovative product solutions for protection, long-term savings and investments.

As part of the role, you will build strong client relationships, conduct sales calls and presentations, ensure KYC/CDD compliance, and support sales targets while delivering excellent service in an in-office

Qualifications

Bachelor’s/College degree required.
Experience in bancassurance sales preferred; those with sales and customer service experience from banking, transport, pharmaceutical, FMCG, hospitality and IT industries are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important.

Responsibilities

Provide life insurance and wealth management solutions to China Bank's clients.
Work with branch sales and service teams to address clients' protection, long-term savings and investment needs.
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through excellent service.
Assist in achieving sales goals through lead generation, conversions, and cross-selling of MCBL products.
Prepare and review sales plans, conduct client calls and presentations, and document activities for management.
Conduct KYC/CDD/EDD as per client risk profile and ensure compliance training.
