Responsibilities

• Provide life insurance and wealth solutions to bank clients.
• Collaborate with branch, sales and service teams to deliver product solutions.
• Build and deepen client relationships and ensure quality service.
• Assist in achieving sales targets through lead generation and follow-up.
• Conduct client calls, presentations, and meetings; document activities.
• Ensure KYC/CDD/EDD compliance per client risk profile.
• Prepare reports and plans for management oversight.
• Facilitate referrals and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
