Job summary

Placements24 seeks a coordinador/a de Programas de Desarrollo Infantil y Bienestar Familiar to lead and evolve child development and family support programs for Chihuahua communities. This fully remote role requires strong leadership and proven program management in the social services sector.

You will design goals, oversee budgets, mentor staff, build partnerships, and ensure measurable outcomes. A Master’s degree plus 7+ years in leadership within non-profits is preferred, with remote-work

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Early Childhood Education, Public Health, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive program management experience in non-profit or social services.
• Leadership experience with staff supervision and program development.
• Experience in grant writing and reporting is highly desirable.
• Experience working remotely is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and management of child development and family support programs.
• Set program goals, objectives, and measurable outcomes aligned with the mission.
• Oversee budgets, resource allocation, and grant management.
• Supervise and mentor program staff to build a collaborative team.
• Develop partnerships with community stakeholders and government agencies.
• Monitor program effectiveness via data collection and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and reporting requirements.
• Deliver staff and community training on child development topics.
