About the Role

The Director will be responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs designed to address critical social challenges, enhance well-being, and create sustainable change. Requirements

• Strong understanding of social issues, community development principles, and impact measurement frameworks.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in remote collaboration tools and project management software.
• Ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and make sound decisions.
• Master's degree in Social Sciences, Public Policy, Non‑profit Management, or a related field is strongly preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
