Job summary

Scale-up EPM Software Vendor in Barcelona is seeking an FP&A Implementation Associate or Senior Associate to join the team. The role blends technical FP&A work, systems integration, client advisory, and product collaboration in a hybrid setup.

The candidate will help onboard new customers by integrating data and reporting, build advanced financial models, and train users to become independent power-users of the platform, while collaborating with engineering to shape future features.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of FP&A, finance, or consulting experience.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to break down complex data into practical solutions.
• Comfort in customer-facing work and clear communication with senior stakeholders.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence in financial modelling.

Responsibilities

• Bring new customers onto the platform by integrating their data, systems, and reporting structures.
• Build and refine financial models that elevate and modernize planning processes.
• Train, support, and guide users to become confident power-users of the tool.
• Deliver ad-hoc financial insights and analysis to inform customer decision-making.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to provide feedback and help shape new features.
