The role emphasizes accuracy and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures while supervising material and equipment delivery, inspections, and defect control. Candidates must be a licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with 1–5 years in Quality Control or construction, able to read plans, and willing to work in Tarlac, stay in staff housing, and render overtime

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Mechanical Engineer or Licensed Electrical Engineer.
• 1–5 years of work experience in Quality Control or construction projects.
• Able to interpret plans and specifications, and cost of construction materials.

Responsibilities

• Analyze process defects and improvements into construction-site systems.
• Monitor and document material and equipment delivery.
• Implement site inspections with documented reports.
• Make plans for control measures to minimize punch lists and defects.
