Qualifications

• Graduate of Psychology or any related course.

• Licensed Psychometrician in the Philippines.
• Experience in Psychometrics/Administering Tests, Test Development, Validation.
• Must be service, people and results-oriented.
• Good management, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.
• Provide detailed reports on test performance and data findings.
• Has the ability to talk to different clients.
• Collaborate with internal team to align assessments with business, institution, academic or private patient goals.
• Can conduct or administer to individual or group of people.
