Job summary

Fitness Physical Therapy Clinic in the Philippines seeks a dedicated physiotherapist to perform comprehensive assessments, set personalized goals, and guide patients through evidence-based rehabilitation.

This role involves manual therapy techniques, dry needling, therapeutic modalities, patient education, and progress documentation to support recovery and prevent re-injury; on-site clinic in Barangay Ligtasan, Tarlac City.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical condition including ROM, strength, flexibility, posture, and functional abilities.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and goals based on diagnoses and individual needs.
• Administer manual therapy, trigenics, spinal manipulation, ASTR, dry needling, exercises, modalities (e.g., Shockwave, Tecar, High Intensity Laser, Cold laser Therapy, Cryotherapy, Accumatic, Compression Therapy, Cupping Therapy), and neuromuscular reeducation.
• Educate patients on conditions, treatment options, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies.
• Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document outcomes (patient progress, symptoms, ROM, and strength).
• Complete IE Notes after each patient with detailed, accurate information related to the case.
• Educate patients on proper exercise techniques and home care instructions.
• Create marketing videos.
• Carry out feedback forms for every new patient.
• Record and document clinic patient census, metrics, machine sales, product sales, employee evaluation forms, incident reports, and inventory.
