Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical condition, ROM, strength, posture, and functional abilities.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on diagnoses and patient needs.
• Administer therapies such as manual therapy, trigenics, spinal manipulation, ASTR, dry needling, and neuromuscular reeducation.
• Educate patients on conditions, treatment options, home exercises, and injury prevention.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans, and document outcomes including changes in symptoms and function.
• Complete IE Notes after each patient with detailed information.
• Educate patients on proper exercise techniques and home care instructions.
• Create marketing videos.
• Manage feedback forms for new patients and participate in clinic records and inventory system.
