Job summary

The Generics Pharmacy (Primagen Pharma) is seeking a licensed pharmacist to join our team. The successful candidate will dispense medications, provide professional pharmaceutical guidance, and ensure accurate records and inventory in a fast-paced retail setting in the Philippines.

Responsibilities include reviewing prescriptions for safety, counseling customers, maintaining compliance with laws, and supervising support staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.
• Must be a registered and licensed pharmacist in the Philippines.
• Knowledge of Philippine pharmaceutical laws and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately and safely per prescriptions and regulations.
• Review prescriptions for accuracy and potential drug interactions.
• Counsel customers on usage, dosage, side effects and precautions.
• Maintain complete pharmacy records and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Manage pharmacy inventory including ordering, receiving and stock rotation.
• Conduct quality checks on medicines and ensure product integrity.
• Monitor and document adverse drug reactions and medication concerns.
• Promote medication adherence and educate customers on proper administration.
• Keep the pharmacy environment clean, secure, and compliant.
• Supervise and guide pharmacy staff when applicable.
