Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist at the counter.
• Read, decode, check and approve prescriptions.
• Dispense pharmaceutical products.
• Provide medical and health information to customers and patients.
• Inform customers about available equivalent generic products.
• Record prescriptions and file accordingly.
• Handle product-related inquiries and complaints.
• Advise customers on proper use, intake and storage of products.
• Liaise with FDA during license renewal and inspections.
• Monitor inventory and ensure accuracy of deliveries and receipts.
• Coach staff in customer service and counseling.
• Attend seminars to upgrade knowledge.
