Job summary

SM Center Tuguegarao Downtown is seeking a licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer to oversee MEPFS operations across the mall, ensuring reliable equipment performance and proactive maintenance planning.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering, PRC licensure, at least 3 years in Building/Facilities/Property Management, 2 years in Environmental Management (DENR/LLDA), and strong knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer (PRC).
• At least 3 years of experience in Building/Facilities/Property Management.
• 2 years of relevant experience in Environmental Management (DENR/LLDA).
• Knowledgeable in safety standards, facility operations, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the operation, repair, and maintenance of MEPFS (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Sanitary) equipment and systems.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety requirements, and government regulations.
• Review tenant MEPFS plans and monitor renovation/construction activities for compliance.
• Manage preventive maintenance activities, contractors, and engineering projects.
• Monitor mall utilities such as water and electricity consumption and recommend improvements.
• Act as Pollution Control Officer (PCO) and ensure compliance with DENR environmental requirements, permits, and reports.
