Job summary

Design Coordinates, Inc. seeks a licensed Mechanical Engineer in Metro Manila to join a dynamic construction-focused team. A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and 3–5 years of relevant experience are required.

You will work on MEFPS and HVAC projects, with elevator/escalator maintenance experience a plus. Experience in construction management and handling foreign clients on high-rise condominium projects is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate with a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Must be a Licensed Mechanical Engineer.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience as a Mechanical Engineer in the construction industry.
• Knowledgeable in MEFPS and HVAC work.
• Must have three (3) years of experience in MEFPS systems.
• Must have three (3) years of experience in HVAC systems.
• Having experience in elevator and escalator maintenance is a plus.
• With experience in construction management and experience in industrial projects, handling foreign clients and high-rise condominium projects
• The applicant who can start ASAP will be given high priority.
• Must be willing to work in Metro Manila and Calabarzon
