Responsibilities

• Check the daily condition of cleaning equipment that remove dust, stones and foreign material from raw wheat.
• Help maintain a stable and consistent flow rate of wheat through cleaning and tempering equipment.
• Take regular wheat samples for laboratory analysis.
• Keep the screenroom clean and cleaning equipment.
• Complete daily checklist task for machinery performance.
• Assist maintenance teams during minor equipment adjustments or scheduled mill shutdowns.
• Follow industrial safety rules, hygiene protocols and food safety standards.
