Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is looking for a fresh graduate or current student for an on-site Cadet Engineer Trainee position in Mandaluyong. The role supports the screenroom operations, cleaning, and tempering processes for wheat milling.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check daily condition of cleaning equipment that removes dust, stones and foreign material from raw wheat.
• Help maintain a stable and consistent flow rate of wheat through cleaning and tempering equipment.
• Take regular wheat samples for laboratory analysis.
• Keep the screenroom clean and cleaning equipment.
• Complete daily checklist for machinery performance.
• Assist maintenance teams during minor equipment adjustments or scheduled mill shutdowns.
• Follow industrial safety rules and food safety standards.
