• Responsible for producing high quality project design deliverables in all phases of development including Concept, Schematic, Design Development, Construction document and Construction Administration.

• Bring great, fresh ideas to the team that are project appropriate and develop concept boards of images for feedback and approval from the Head and CEO.

• Select in-budget materials and finishes that supports the concept.

• Design holistically, not just segmentally, so that spaces flow consistently, areas tie together for maximum impact.

• Demonstrate proficiency and regularly follow latest updates on architecture and interior design spaces.

• Manages out-source consultants to produce designs for DMWAI in coordination with specific set of parameters by Head & CEO and communicate directly with contractors and allied professionals.

• Plan review full documentation of pipeline projects and ensure quality and efficiency for assigned tasks and deliverables.

• Actively work on high-level tasks ad delegated work and/or complete package of deliverables.

• Maintain a daily list of assigned projects discussing time allotments, schedules and delegations and assist to ensure delays are adequately documented and mitigated

• Prepare for regular project team meetings pertaining to project tasks, deliverables and milestones

• Verify that applicable building codes are satisfactory addressed; Write clear, articulate meeting and communication notes

• Incorporate finish materials, their required applications, and their installation requirements into drawings and plans

• Review shop drawings and samples to ensure drawings and finishes match specifications, quickly locate, and select systems and materials due to in-depth knowledge of products and maintain design library & database with vendors and suppliers.

• Prepare proper presentation for approval of management with regards to Interior Design, FF&E & relative material boards & shop drawings, and necessary deliverable as requested by Management.
