Job description

1. Design Management

• Plan, design, and furnish interiors for residential, commercial, or industrial spaces.
• Create practical, aesthetically pleasing, and purposeful design concepts.
• Meet with clients to determine design goals, requirements, budgets, and preferences.
• Provide expert advice on space planning, layout, material selection, and color coordination.

2. Production

• Render design concepts using digital and/or traditional methods.
• Create detailed construction documents using CAD and related design software.
• Produce working drawings, perspectives, and high-quality sketch designs.
• Source appropriate materials, colors, and finishes.

3. Project Management

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and consultants (architects, engineers, etc.).
• Review, revise, and detail construction plans.
• Estimate project costs and material requirements; present proposals to clients.
• Conduct regular site visits for inspection, quality control, and client meetings.
• Prepare design presentations and weekly progress reports.
• Monitor daily work progress and project deadlines.
• Lead internal coordination with design team and CAD operators.
• Produce full sets of Working Drawings & Specifications.
• Mentor and support Junior Interior Designers.
• Coordinate with contractors during design execution, construction, and any design alterations (subject to Managing Director's approval).

4. Technical Assistance

• Provide 3D visualizations as needed.
• Organize and maintain working drawings, schedules, and archives.
• Track file updates and revisions systematically for project documentation.
