Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Licensed Electrical Engineer status is mandatory.
• 8+ years of experience with a hydropower background is required.
• Proven leadership and project management skills are essential.
• Knowledge of SCADA, protection systems, and grid integration is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical engineering team and projects.
• Oversee design, commissioning, and maintenance of generators, transformers, switchgear, and control systems.
• Ensure system reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Implement maintenance programs and troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and contractors.
