You will guide multidisciplinary teams, evaluate layouts and energy options, review studies, and support feasibility analyses to deliver high-quality results for clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of hydropower experience preferred.
• Proven scheme optimization and run-of-river design expertise.
• Strong report-writing and communication skills.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical assessment and optimize hydropower schemes.
• Develop run-of-river concepts and configurations.
• Assess layouts, capacities, operating concepts and energy options.
• Review hydraulic and hydropower design concepts and studies.
• Provide guidance to multidisciplinary teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve project performance and viability.
• Review reports, calculations, drawings and deliverables.
• Support feasibility studies and option assessments.
• Advise clients and stakeholders with expert input.
