What we're looking for

• Completion of relevant life insurance or financial services qualifications, or willingness to obtain necessary certifications
• Strong understanding of life insurance products, underwriting principles and financial planning fundamentals
• Proven sales ability with a track record of achieving targets in a client-facing environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in an accessible manner
• Strong organisational and time management abilities, with capacity to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
• High level of integrity, professionalism and commitment to providing ethical client advice
• Proficiency in relevant computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently whilst being a collaborative team member
• Knowledge of Philippine financial services regulations and compliance requirements
• Previous experience in insurance advisory, financial services or related client services roles is highly desirable
