Job summary

Ironcon Builders and Development Corporation is seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager to oversee telecom and HDD projects from planning to completion. You will coordinate with regulatory bodies and clients, lead design using AutoCAD, and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.

The role requires 5+ years in telecom, a valid ECE license, and willingness to work outside Metro Manila, including night shifts and Saturdays. Driving license is preferred and local travel will be involved.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Electronics and Communications Engineering or equivalent.
• Licensed ECE is mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant telecom experience.
• Experience with fiber backbone and underground cable laying.
• Willing to be assigned outside Metro Manila.
• Willing to work Mondays to Saturdays and night shifts.
• Driver's license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, coordination and execution of Telecom/HDD projects from start to finish.
• Interface with ROW Officers, LGUs and DPWH to ensure compliance.
• Serve as main client contact; manage emails, queries and meetings.
• Use AutoCAD to create project designs and ensure correct implementation.
• Develop governance, processes and documentation for structured project execution.
• Define and monitor KPIs across milestones (Design, Permitting, Implementation, PAT, RFS).
• Provide detailed daily and weekly reports to internal teams and clients.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies; monitor budgets and quality.
• Assist with project estimation, bidding and other tasks as assigned.
