Job summary

Offshore Business Processing is seeking a detail-oriented data entry professional to support import/export shipments. You will handle customs declarations, document preparation, and data accuracy in a fast-paced setting, with opportunities for travel and growth.

The role requires 1–2 years in freight forwarding or logistics, strong English communication, and the ability to work with CargoWise One and MS Office. Ortigas/Cubao work location and ASAP start are expected.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor/college degree (or equivalent) and relevant licenses or milestones.
• Prefer 1–2 years experience in freight forwarding, brokerage, or logistics.
• Experience with import/export shipment data entry is required.
• Attention to detail and typing of at least 50 WPM.
• Knowledge of CargoWise One is an advantage but not required.
• Proficient in MS Office and high computer literacy.
• Team player, able to work in a fast-paced environment with good attitude.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Willing to work in Ortigas and Cubao and start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Compile and enter data from source documents into computer databases, files and forms with accuracy.
• Create, convert, and value customs declarations.
• Handle customs and quarantine documents (HBL, PKL, CIV, PKD, COO).
• Prepare and review customs documents for accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Research information using available resources.
• Ensure data integrity and security compliance.
• Provide customers with product and service information to high quality standards.
• Prepare and finalize reports (End of Day Report, etc.).
• Attend client calls/meetings as necessary.
• Meet assigned KPIs and assist with data-entry tasks as needed.
