Job summary

Offshore Business Processing is seeking a Licensed Customs Broker to join our Manila team. You will classify shipments, ensure accuracy, and uphold data integrity while supporting customers with high-quality information and service.

The role requires 3+ years in freight forwarding or logistics, 2+ years in shipments classification, and strong English communication. Office locations include Ortigas or Cubao with flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Licensed Customs Broker certification required.
• At least 2 years in shipments classification.
• Minimum 3 years in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Experience with import/export data entry.
• Proficient keyboarding (≥50 WPM).
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Classify air/sea shipments.
• Ensure accuracy of all completed work.
• Comply with data integrity and security policies.
• Provide customers with product and service information to high standards.
• Research information using available resources.

Responsibilities

• Classification of air/sea shipments
• Ensure accuracy of completed works at all times
• Comply with data integrity and security policies
• Provide customers with product and service information with the highest quality standard
• Research any required information using available resources

Requirements

• Must be a Licensed Customs Broker
• Minimum of 2 years experience in shipments classification
• MUST have at least 3 years' experience in freight forwarding or logistics
• With import/export shipment data entry experience
• With keen attention to details and accurate keyboard skills of at least 50 WPM
• Knowledgeable in EDI Cargo Wise is an advantage but not required
• Knowledgeable in MS Office and has high computer literacy
• Must be a team player and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, with positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent English language communication skills - both verbal and written
• Flexibility to accept and take on additional tasks when required
• Must be willing to work any shift (Morning shift, Mid-shift or Night shift)
• Amenable toreport to our Ortigas or Cubao office
