Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Civil Engineer with ATL East.
• 2–3 years of relevant project administration and field experience.
• Ability to prepare meeting minutes and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Attend to all administrative requirements from mobilization to project completion and demobilization.
• Prepare minutes of meetings and follow through on action points in subsequent meetings.
• Act as Revolving Fund custodian and prepare liquidation statements with F&A.
• Coordinate with site Warehouseman and Purchaser for daily MTEs.
• Submit attendance reports to HR for payroll processing.
• Prepare reports relating to employees' concerns at the site.
• Support ISO initiatives and pursue continual improvement of processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
