Job summary

Arriesgado Engineering in Caloocan is seeking a Construction Management Engineer to oversee site-based construction activities from pre-construction to project completion, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, PRC license, at least 1 year on-site experience, and proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Project is an advantage. Willing to travel to project sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and PRC license required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in construction project site management.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, plans, and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise construction projects from pre-construction to completion.
• Manage daily site operations, including workforce and subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality.
• Oversee project procurement and material deliveries, coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Monitor schedules and budgets, and implement corrective actions for issues.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and closeout records.
• Collaborate with Principal Engineer, clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure successful delivery.
