Job summary

SAN MIGUEL HOLDINGS CORP. seeks a Licensed Civil Engineer to monitor and coordinate document submissions from Design Consultant, and to review detailed and final engineering designs for conformance to technical specifications, regulations and design standards.

You will discuss design-related matters and liaise with government agencies for permit approvals. You will support project implementation to ensure construction aligns with approved DED/FED, and report issues to the Head of Technical.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• Licensed Civil Engineer with 3+ years in development, including design, construction, and management of infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate document submissions from Design Consultant.
• Review and evaluate detailed engineering designs and final engineering designs for conformance to Technical Specifications, regulations and design standards.
• Coordinate with Design Consultant to discuss design-related matters.
• Coordinate with Independent Consultant to secure certification of Detailed Engineering Design/Final Engineering Design.
• Liaise with Government Agencies and Local Government Units for project presentations and permit approvals.
• Report to Head of Technical any issues related to design.
• Provide assistance during project implementation to ensure construction works conform with approved DED/FED.
