Job summary

The candidate will perform repairs, maintain records, and contribute to energy management while supporting repairs of lighting and related trades. Availability for Monday–Saturday is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering.
• Licensed Electrical Engineer (registered).
• 1–2 years work experience as Building Engineer or Facilities Engineer.
• Experience in a commercial property is advantageous.
• Background in Project Management.
• Willing to be assigned in Meycauayan, Bulacan.
• Amenable to work from Mondays to Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Performs complex preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, systems, equipment and grounds.
• Inspects building systems including fire alarms, HVAC and plumbing; oversees contractors.
• Performs repairs and maintains maintenance records.
• Estimates time and materials; orders supplies as needed.
• Maintains energy management to minimize operating costs.
• Maintains lighting systems and performs related trades as needed.
• Responds to emergencies and performs other duties as assigned.
