Job summary

You will perform routine inspections, diagnose issues, and assist with installation and modification of equipment while ensuring compliance and energy efficiency in the facilities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of job-related experience with a high school or trade diploma.
• Must meet the physical requirements including lifting 50 lbs or more.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Strong communication to exchange straightforward information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
• Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review assigned work orders and track completion with available systems.
• Support energy management by ensuring all building systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.
• Follow defined procedures to solve straightforward problems and communicate clearly.
• Impact team through defined duties and tasks under supervision.
