PRIME Philippines is seeking a Licensed Architect to lead planning, design, budgeting, and construction for build-to-suit projects and GreatWork coworking spaces in Metro Manila. The role oversees the entire lifecycle from site assessment to turnover, translating business needs into functional, cost-efficient workspaces while ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, coordinates with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders, and drives project performance

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect with experience in architectural design and project management.
• Experience in commercial interiors, coworking spaces or build-to-suit projects preferred.
• Knowledge of quantity surveying, cost estimation, budgeting, and value engineering.
• Proficient in reviewing drawings and specs; strong coordination with stakeholders.
• Willing to conduct site visits and oversee multiple projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning, design, budgeting, and construction of build-to-suit and coworking locations.
• Prepare and review architectural plans, drawings, specs, and documents.
• Inspect sites, supervise contractors, and ensure quality and schedule.
• Manage turnover, documentation, and handover of completed spaces.
