Job summary

PRIME Philippines is seeking an In-House Architect to lead design and execution of real estate development projects, including office spaces, retail centers, and mixed-use developments. You will help shape the Planning and Design Department's standards and processes while coordinating with internal teams and external consultants.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Architecture, 5+ years of relevant experience, and strong design, coordination, and regulatory skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• Licensed Architect is highly preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in architectural design and project execution.
• Preference for candidates with experience at Architectural Design Firms, Architectural Consultancy Firms, Design‑and‑Build Companies, or Project Management Firms.
• Experience in project coordination, consultant management, and construction supervision.

Responsibilities

• 1) Project Design and Development: collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, budgets, and constraints.
• 2) Develop architectural concepts, space planning, and 3D renderings aligned with market needs.
• 3) Prepare drawings, specs, and documents using standard software.
• 4) Lead design development from concept to construction documents and completion.
• 5) Conduct site inspections and coordinate with contractors to ensure design integrity.
• 6) Review construction progress and address design-related issues.
• 7) Stay updated on trends, technologies, and materials.
