Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and valid professional license.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design and planning.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and planning coordination with external consultants.
• Coordinate with construction teams to support project implementation.
• Review plans, identify value engineering opportunities, and resolve clashes.
• Manage consultant budgets, contracts, and project requirements.
• Collaborate with BD, Sales, Marketing, Permitting and Operations to align plans with business goals.
• Maintain documentation of design decisions, revisions, and approvals.
• Stay updated on emerging architectural design technologies and tools.
