Job summary

Radtelcom Technologies Corporation in Davao City seeks a Licensed Electrical Engineer to design, develop, and oversee electrical and electronic systems in compliance with industry standards. This full-time role supports our engineering operations and client projects.

The ideal candidate holds an accredited engineering license, with at least 3 years post-licensure experience, strong CAD/ETAP skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams while visiting sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Valid professional license as an Electrical Engineer in the Philippines.
• Minimum 3 years of post-licensure experience in electrical or electronic design, development or project management.
• Strong knowledge of electrical design standards, codes and regulations including the Philippine National Building Code.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and ETAP.
• Excellent technical writing and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of renewable energy or telecommunications would be advantageous.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to conduct site visits as required.

About the role

What we're looking for

• Valid professional license as an Electrical Engineer issued by the relevant regulatory body in the Philippines
• Minimum 3 years of post-licensure experience in electrical or electronic engineering design, development or project management
• Strong knowledge of electrical design standards, codes and regulations including the Philippine National Building Code and relevant industry standards
• Proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar industry-standard tools
• Excellent technical writing and communication skills with the ability to prepare clear documentation and reports
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking skills
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in team environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of renewable energy systems, power distribution or telecommunications would be advantageous
• Valid driver's license and willingness to conduct site visits as required
