Job summary

Innodata Inc. is seeking a License & Data Rights Reviewer to join our 100% remote team. You will assess licensing terms and data rights for a broad range of data sources, ensuring compliant use for AI-related projects.

The ideal candidate holds an IP-focused law degree (LL.B./LL.M.) and at least 3 years of experience in IP or copyright review, with preference for AI data experience. This is a remote role with global collaboration.

Qualifications

• LL.B./LL.M. with an Intellectual Property focus or equivalent licensing experience.
• At least 3+ years of experience in IP, copyright, or related legal review.
• Experience with AI training data, datasets, or AI-related content is preferred.
