You will coordinate schedules with partners, maintain detailed logs, conduct basic vehicle checks, and ensure compliance with safety and traffic laws while delivering professional client interactions.

Qualifications

• Valid professional driver’s license (Class 1, 2 or 3) with a clean driving record.
• 2–3 years of liaison, courier, or passenger transport experience.
• Knowledge of Metro Manila road networks and routes.
• Strong time management and ability to prioritise tasks.
• Basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with clients.
• Commitment to road safety and adherence to traffic laws.
• Ability to work independently in dynamic situations.
• Flexible to varying schedules and occasional overtime.
• Physically fit to handle loading/unloading and long drives.

Responsibilities

• Operating company vehicles safely to transport personnel, documents, and materials in Metro Manila and nearby areas.
• Coordinating transport with internal teams and external partners for schedules and delivery timelines.
• Maintaining logs of vehicle usage, fuel, maintenance, and mileage.
• Performing routine vehicle inspections and reporting issues promptly.
• Ensuring compliance with traffic regulations and company vehicle policies.
• Communicating arrival times and resolving transport-related concerns with clients.
• Managing documentation for deliveries and passenger transport.
• Assisting with loading and unloading of cargo as required.
• Representing the cooperative professionally in client engagements.
