Responsibilities

• Collect payments, invoices, receipts, and other important documents from clients or partners as instructed.
• Deliver official documents, letters, contracts, and other items to government agencies, clients, suppliers, or branches.
• Ensure all collections and deliveries are properly documented with official receipts or acknowledgement forms.
• Maintain a log or record of all trips, transactions, and activities.
• Ensure confidentiality and integrity of documents handled.
• Perform bank transactions such as deposits or check encashments as needed.
• Assist in other errands or administrative duties as may be assigned.
• Keep company-issued motorcycle or vehicle in good working condition and ensure compliance with traffic rules and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; vocational course is an advantage.
• With at least 1–2 years of experience as a messenger or collector.
• Must have a valid driver’s license (Restriction Code 1, 2 or equivalent).
• Familiar with local routes and locations, especially banks, government offices, and client offices.
• Trustworthy, honest, and responsible.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Can work with minimal supervision.
• Driving skills and ability to operate a vehicle safely.
